Triplets! A NICU Grad Photo Shoot

Please enjoy Preemie Prints' families’ inspirational story & photos.
Consider supporting our mission to share hope with families who have a baby born prematurely or critically ill. We thank our supporters, Preemie Prints volunteers, and donors for allowing us to continue touching the lives of NICU, preemie, and angel families.

We pray these special memories from Preemie Prints
will help families heal and remember how strong
they were in overcoming their NICU journey together.

A NICU STORY | THOUGHTS FROM MOM

“Our triplets were born at 32 weeks. They had to stay in the NICU. While there they had to be on CPap and caffeine. And also one of our triplets, Willow, had a malfunction in her oxygen tank and she had received too much oxygen at 100%. They didn't know for how long she was breathing that much, so she ended up with ROP and had to have eye surgery in the NICU! They had to slowly learn to eat and now they all are home and doing wonderfully. Willow just had her second eye surgery and now they're saying her eyes are perfect and she might not even need glasses!”

This photo session was taken and donated by Preemie Prints
volunteer photographer, Katie Schneider.
A Note From Katie:
"These adorable triplet girls were such a pleasure to photograph for their One Year Portraits plus a fun smash cake. The portrait session took place on a sunny day at a local park. We started with individual portraits and a triplet sister portrait. Then, we found a shady spot for the smash cake. They were excited about the jumbo cupcakes and thoroughly enjoyed their first cake experience. Watching triplet one year old girls interact was captivating. They were looking to see what the other sister was doing with her cake and even stole some tastes of the other cupcakes."
