A note from Jonathan's mom:
"Our Micro Preemie Jonathan born at 1#3.5 oz on 09/27/11 at 25 weeks, we graduated NICU on January 13, 2012 but went to another hospital, since he had to have a tracheostomy. We continue to be in the hospital and as off today trying to wean him off the vent so hopefully soon we get to take him home. It's been a very long 6 months in the hospital."
